PRODUCTS LIABILITY

The Barone Law Firm handles products liability cases on behalf of individuals, contractors manufacturers and on behalf of any other entity involving products liability such as consumer products, household chemicals, automobiles, soft drink bottles and caps, food products, construction products and machinery and equipment. We also handle pharmaceutical cases against the respective drug manufacturers.

Some of our more recent cases involve a manufacturer of an anti-depressant which was taken by a 16 year old diabetic whom has suffered severe chronic tremors and seizures upon ingestion of the anti-depressant and another case which involves insufficient warning labels and restrictions for a child’s bath toy.
